ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อ VPN Gateway to Gateway ด้วย RV042 ได้

ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อ VPN Gateway to Gateway ได้
ตั้งค่าเสร็จแล้วกด Connect แล้วไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นครับผม
ทางบ้านต้องการจะเชื่อม VPN ระหว่างบ้านกับ Office
โดยใช้ RV042 ทั้งคู่

ผมตั้ง IP Address ให้ Router โดยต่อมาจาก Modem ดังนี้
บ้าน :192.168.0.5.1
แล้วต่อด้วย Wireless Router ครับ

Office : 192.168.0.1
เสียบต่อกับ Modem 1 ตัว และ ตัวเพิ่ม Lan ซึ่งผมไม่ทราบรายละเอียดว่าตั้งค่าอะไรยังไงไว้

• เท่าที่ดูส่วนการตั้ง Local กับ remote น่าจะถูกแล้วนะครับ ขอรูปหน้า Gateway to Gateway ทั้ง 2 ด้วย (Advanced ด้วย) + DDNS RV042 ทั้ง 2 ตัว Update แล้วนะครับจะได้ไม่ต้องเช็คส่วน DDNS
  
  
• ส่วนใหญ่จะกำหนดค่าผิดตรงที่ Local Group / Remote Group Settings ครับ ลองดูขั้นตอนละเอียดๆ อีกที่นี่นะครับ / 2.0 ตั้งค่า VPN IPSEC ระหว่าง CISCO RV042 และ Linksys RV042

แต่ว่า มันก็ติดๆตับ ไม่รู้สาเหตุว่าทำไม
อาจจะเพราะเป็น DDNS ทั้ง 2 ฝั่ง

• เป็น error ของ Aggressive mode อะครับ + แต่เราจะไม้่ได้ใช้ Aggressive mode อะครับผม ใช้ normal mode ธรรมดาก็สามารถทำงานได้ครับ ดังนั้นเอากลับมาที่ normal mode แล้วลองส่งรูปหน้า setup และ vpn log ของตอนที่เราทำ normal mode มาด้วยครับ จะเห็นได้ชัดกว่านะครับผม ลองดูนะครับ

การตั้งค่า VPN เบื้องต้นผมว่าผมทำถูกแล้ว เพราะเคยต่อได้ 3 วัน
เมื่อคืนได้ลองไปใช้ Key ที่สั้นกว่านี้แล้ว แล้วปิด Minimum Key และลองปิด Perfect Forward Secrecy ตามคำแนะนำของ CIsco Support
แต่ว่าส่วน Advanced ผมก็เปิดแค่ Keep Alive กับ Dead Peer 10 วิ ตามที่ทางเว็บลงไว้ครับผม

• ลองเอา config กลับมาเหมือนเดิมก่อนก็ได้ครับ + ใช้ Perfect Forward Secrecy เหมือนเดิมครับ เพราะปกติแล้ว config มันจะไม่ค่อยมีปัญหาอะไรครับผม
  
  
• ลองเป็น main mode + แล้วในส่วนของ DDNS เราลองเอา IP Address ณ ปัจจุบันที่ WAN ของ RV042 ที่ได้รับมาใส่ไปเลยครับ ลองใช้งานแบบนี้โดยไม่ผ่าน DDNS Updater ดูครับ เพราะถ้า RV042 ยังไม่ restart ก็ยังใช้งาน WAN IP Address อันได้อยู่ครับ ** มันแปลกๆ ตรง error ด้านบนที่แจ้งมานะครับผม อาจจะลองให้ ISP เค้า test สัญญาณดูว่า line ของเราเป็นอะไรหรือเปล่าด้วยก็ได้นะครับ เพื่อความสบายใจครับ ลองดูนะครับ

มันจะมีตัวที่เป็น DNS Standard สำหรับ องค์กร อยู่ ซึ่งปัจจุบันผมใช้ตัว DynDns Pro ที่มีให้แค่วาง Dns Server เท่านั้นน่ะครับผม

Update : หลังจากชี้ไปที่ IP โดยตรงก็ยัง Connect ไม่ได้ครับผม

เรื่อง ADSL Link นี่คืออะไรครับผม

หมายถึงสถานะการต่อ Internet หรือเปล่าครับผม ?
ถ้าใช่ ผมคาดคะเนไว้ว่าที่วง LAN ของที่ Site นั้นมันจะมี Workgroup บางอันที่ถูกตั้งค่าให้ไม่สามารถต่อ Internet ได้อยู่
เลยเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้ Error เพราะว่าใน Subnet นั้้นๆมี Client อยู่หลายคนต่อ Internet ไม่ได้หรือเปล่าครับผม ?

• ลองค้น error ใน Google จะเจอประมาณว่าเลือก interface ในการทำ VPN ผิดนะครับผม ลองดูตามลิงค์นะครับ เผื่อจะได้ idea นะครับผม -> Asynchronous network error
  
  ปัญหาที่แก้ -> " Sorry, I found my problem. I had my internal interface listed as the "local interface". When I changed it to the external (WAN) interface, it worked. "

• รูปมันเป็นรูปกบ อะครับ แนะนำให้ใช้ารแนบรูปตามนี้นะครับ / วิธีการแนบไฟล์ข้อมูลหรือรูปภาพ บนเวปบอร์ด SYS2U Xpert Zone
  
  
  
• โดยปกติแล้ว ตัวหลักจะส่ง " STATE_MAIN_I1 " ไปที่ฝั่งปลายทางครับ แต่ถ้าฝั่งปลายทางไม่รับ แล้วแจ้ง error แบบนี้ " No response (or no acceptable response) to our first IKE message " จากที่เคยทดสอบจะสามารถเป็นไปได้ดังนี้ครับ
  
  1. Local / Remote Secure Group ไม่ตรงกันต้นทางและปลายทางครับ ทางฝั่งปลายทางก็จะ reject หรือไม่ยอม response กลับมาครับ
  
  2. Security การทำ IPSec ไม่ตรงกัน ทั้ง Phase 1 และ Phase 2 ครับ พอไม่ตรงกัน ทางปลายทางก็จะ reject หรือไม่ยอม response กลับมาครับ
  
  3. WAN IP Address หรือ DDNS ไม่ตรงกันครับ ทางปลายทางก็จะ reject หรือไม่ยอม response กลับมาครับ
